Payment Online – Security Policy
We accept secure online payments for credit cards, debit cards.
Cards we accept are: (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Maestro / American Express).
Our Payment Service Provider is Paypal one of the leading payment processers in the UK.Paypal provide secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Paypal’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.
Paypal use a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on Paypal systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
Paypal is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are secure.
In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL. So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.
Payment by Telephone
We can take orders and payments over the telephone if required. Please call us to arrange.
We are unable to process orders for delivery to, or accept online payments from the following countries / regions:
Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe.
Most orders received before 11.00 am will be despatched the same day for next working day delivery (Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays). However as each bouquet is individually handmade to order, please allow up to 2-3 working days as despatch times may vary according to demand.
Orders will not be despatched until payment has cleared without prior agreement. We only despatch Mondays to Fridays, and do not dispatch on public or bank holidays. We use next business day services from DPD and Royal Mail for UK customers. Saturday delivery is available on selected products.
We use Royal Mail’s “International Tracked and Signed For” service for deliveries outside of UK. The delivery period to Europe is typically 3-5 days; the delivery period outside Europe is typically 5-7 days.
A notice will be placed on our website if there is any disruption to our normal service.
As our Baby Bouquets are handmade they may vary in comparison to the image on the website – but we always attempt to create your gift as closely as possible. At times, we may have to substitute items due to availability – this will always be as close to the original and to the same value or higher.
Returns Policy – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We maintain the highest standards of quality control, however if you are unhappy in any way with your purchase you may return the goods for a full refund or exchange, providing it is returned to us in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please advise us by telephone or email as soon as possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods (we recommend doing so via recorded delivery as we cannot be held liable for any that go missing upon return). Once we have received the returned goods a full refund will be issued. Please note delivery costs will not be refunded, and a refund or exchange will not be possible if the product has been used.
Damaged Goods on Arrival
In the unlikely event your gift arrives in a damaged condition please contact us immediately and we will send out a replacement. If required we will refund the cost once we have received the damaged item back.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, terrorism and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
