We accept secure online payments for credit cards, debit cards.
Cards we accept are: (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Maestro / American Express).
Our Payment Service Provider is Cardsave - Worldpay one of the leading payment processers in the UK. Worldpay provide secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Worldpay's utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.
Worldpay use a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on Worldpay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
Worldpay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.
In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL. So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.
Payment by Telephone
We can take orders and payments over the telephone if required. Please call us to arrange.
Payment by Invoice
Invoices can be issued for corporate customers if requested. This option is available for account customers at checkout once agreed.
Due to international banking restrictions we are unable to process orders for delivery to, or accept online payments from the following countries / regions:

We aim to dispatch all orders for Baby Bouquets received before 1pm the same day. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared without prior agreement. We only dispatch Mondays to Fridays, and do not dispatch on public or bank holidays. We use next business day services from Fedex and Royal Mail for UK customers. Saturday delivery is available on selected products.
We use Royal Mail's "International Signed For" service for deliveries outside of UK. The delivery period to Europe is typically 3-5 days; the delivery period outside Europe is typically 5-7 days.
A notice will be placed on our website if there is any disruption to our normal service.
As our Baby Bouquets are handmade they may vary in comparison to the image on the website - but we always attempt to create your gift as close as possible. At times, we may have to substitute items due to availability - this will always be as close to the original and to the same value or higher.
Returns Policy - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We maintain the highest standards of quality control, however if you are unhappy in anyway with your purchase you may return the goods for a full refund or exchange, providing it is returned to us in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please advise us by telephone or email as soon as possible. It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods (we recommend doing so via recorded delivery as we cannot be held liable for any that go missing upon return). Once we have received the returned goods a full refund will be issued. Please note delivery costs will not be refunded, and a refund or exchange will not be possible if the product has been used.
Damaged Goods on Arrival
In the unlikely event your gift arrives in a damaged condition please contact us immediately and we will send out a replacement. If required we will refund the cost once we have received the damaged item back.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, terrorism and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
