A PayPal account is not required for credit / debit card payments - simply check out through PayPal and enter your card details details for easy and secure payment. To pay by Cheque or BACS/Faster Payments Please tick the relevant box at checkout after completing your order. (Please note unless previously agreed - we do not dispatch until payment has cleared) Please ensure you complete all order details on the form, and include your personal message for the gift card. To avoid delay in processing an order, please ensure spelling is correct and use postcodes wherever possible. DeliveryOrders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. We keep good levels of stock to ensure we can dispatch all orders the same day or next buiness day. If you have an urgent delivery requirement, or require next day delivery for orders after 1pm please telephone us on (01652 245054) or send an email to sales@baby-bouquets.co.uk. We can usually make a special arrangement for dispatch, and will always do our very best to meet your requirements. Hospital Delivery If you choose delivery to a hospital: - Please check that the recipient will still be in hospital when delivery is made.
- If in any doubt the recipient may have been discharged from hospital, we recommend you request delivery to her home. If, however, delivery is made to the hospital after the recipient has returned home, then a delivery re-direction fee may be charged to you.
- Please ensure the order is addressed to the mother, and not the baby and that the mother's full name is provided (including her maiden name if known, as on occasions recipients use their maiden name in hospital).
| UK Delivery Service We use Fedex Next Business Day Delivery "A Service" for all UK parcels. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery "Next Business Day" for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Saturday am services. A signature is required on delivery, your tracking number will be emailed with confirmation of dispatch. We can quote for other destinations if required. |
Non UK DeliveriesFor deliveries to a non UK address, please email us at sales@baby-bouquets.co.uk or call us on 01652 245054 to check prices and delivery times. Returns/RefundsWe try to ensure all orders are dispatched with care but in the unlikely event it arrives in a damaged condition, we will exchange or refund the item once we have received the damaged item back. Contact us via telephone or email. Unfortunately, we CANNOT refund the handling/delivery charges. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange, excluding the P&P cost, providing it is returned to us in original condition within 14 days of purchase.
