How quickly will my Baby Bouquet arrive?
Order before 1pm and your gift will arrive the very next working day (UK deliveries).
Do you deliver at weekends?
Saturday deliveries are available.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We have introduced a selection of "Airmail" Baby Bouquets suitable for delivery worldwide using Royal Mails Airmail Service. We use Royal Mails "International Signed For" Service.
Will I receive email confirmation of dispatch?
Yes, we send an email confirming dispatch with your parcel tracking number.
Please check your "Junk Folder" as sometimes email programs filter unrecognised incoming mail.
How Fast is Airmail Delivery?

"If you use International Signed For™ with Airmail delivery, our target time is three working days to Western Europe, five working days to Eastern Europe and seven working days for the rest of the world."
Can I include a personal message?
We include a gift card with all our products, simply enter your own personal message of congratulations at checkout and we will do the rest!
What size clothes do the Baby Bouquets contain?
All our Baby Bouquets contain "0-3 months" for bodysuits and sleepsuits, "one size" Hats, bibs, mitts, and 0-3 months socks. "Exquisite" and "Ultimate" bouquets include a mixture of sizes 0-3 and 3-6 months Clothes.
By popular request we have introduced a selection of baskets with a choice of 0-3 or 3-6 months clothes. Please click on the 3-6 months product section at the left hand side.
Please contact us if you require a particular bouquet in 3-6 months, as we can usually meet your requirements.
What are the benefits of registering for an account?
Creating an account is quick & easy. Placing an order is quicker as your details are automatically entered. Once logged in you can view your order history and create a favourites list of our products. This is particularly useful for regular customers.
Can I request an Invoice for my companies accounts department?
Invoices are available on request.
Regular customers who create an account login can have "payment by invoice" as an option at checkout.
Order entry time is greatly reduced using this option, and where payment terms are agreed we can dispatch your gift the same day.
If I pay by BACs can my Baby Bouquet be dispatched the same day?
Usually yes, as most banks now use "Faster Payments", which transfers the money straight away (or within 2 hours).
Unless agreed, we only dispactch after payment is recieved by our bank. Please advise us if your payment is "Faster Payments", as this will assist us in processing your order.
Do you accept payments by Faster Payments?
Yes our bank accepts Faster Payments.
